Snack.

I ate too much today. I gained at least a pound if not two. That makes me grumpy :(. I was almost under 130lb finally after years and years and I’m determined to get there again.

Must have been too much boredom snacking; that always catches me off guard.

I’m bored. Snack. What to do. Snack. I should go for a walk. Snack. Oh look, it’s lunch time. Snack. Do the dishes? Snack. Need a drink. Snack. Need a cup for my drink. Snack.

It’s a wonder I’m not a whale. Not that whales aren’t nice. I’m sure they are, but they must feel terribly uncomfortable when they get beached and that’s how I feel tonight. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day. Good night everyone!

  1. Begin each day with a positive attitude! Little by little you’ll make it past lunch and then afternoon snack time and finally dinner with all your discipline intact! There are so many other aspects in this world that one can do besides eat – write a list and place it on your fridge for moments of boredom! You can do this! I have faith In you, blessings,

    1. Thank you, Ellie, for your encouraging thoughts! I do not reaalllyyy need to lose weight, but I do need to learn to eat better. I know all the right ways, but to apply it to myself is a little easier said than done :).
